At Stowe Family Dentistry, our three dental partners have a wealth of experience and are active members of the Stowe, Vermont community.

Dale Neil, D.D.S. - Founder of Stowe Family Dentistry, Dr. Dale Neil has been practicing dentistry in Stowe since 1970. In that time, Dale has valued his professional relationships, as well as his relationships with patients, and has set the tone and created the vision for Stowe Family Dentistry.

Originally from western New York, Dale graduated from Colgate University and received his dental degree from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry. After completing his dental education, Dale spent two years in the U.S. Navy in Newport, Rhode Island. He was the founder of the Vermont Society of Preventative Dentistry and is currently a member of both the Vermont state Dental Society and the American Dental Association.

He is married to Kandy and is the father of two grown children, Katie and Eric.

Dale has served on many local and state boards and has been active in the Stowe community as a past member of the Stowe School Board for seven years, past president of the Stowe Rotary and past president of the Stowe Community Church.

He enjoys waterfowl hunting, bow hunting, and fly rod fishing for trout, salmon, and sailfish.

Christopher Pazandak, D.D.S. - Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Christopher Pazandak has been a practicing dentist since the late 1970s. Prior to moving to Stowe, Christopher spent three years in the USAF Dental Corps and nine years in a solo dental practice in New Hampshire. His love of dentistry comes from the closeness to the people he serves and the dedicated team with whom he works.

Christopher received an undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and a D.D.S. degree from the University of Minnesota. He is currently a member of the Vermont Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Periodontology.

His wife, Mary, is a Vermont native with whom he enjoys outdoor activities, including skiing, tennis, gardening and more. Christopher has three grown daughters, Catie, Suzanne, and Allison.

Tessa Milnes, D.D.S. - Dr. Tessa Milnes joined Stowe Family Dentistry in 1997 and became a partner in 2003. Tessa grew up in Montreal, Canada and received her dental training at McGill University. Upon graduation Tessa moved to Connecticut where she completed a two-year residency and fellowship in general dentistry at the University of Connecticut.

Tessa’s life-long connection with Vermont began when her parents bought an old farmhouse in Bakersfield when she was just 2 months old. She loves living in Stowe where she enjoys hiking (especially with her English Setter), snowshoeing, snowboarding, and gardening. Other interests include gardening, travelling, reading, and most recently, stone sculpture.

Tessa loves the community aspect of practicing in a small town. She cherishes the friendships she has developed both amongst her fellow staff members as well as her patients.

Tessa belongs to both the Vermont State Dental Society and the American Dental Association. She actively pursues continuing education in all areas of dentistry. She especially enjoys the rewards associated with practicing cosmetic dentistry.
